how to make a V5 column?

hi,

i have only atac seq data rds file and this data is seurat object. now i'm trying to analyze peak data and founding genes matched with peaks using chipseeker.

and I wanna visualize tss heatmap plot and i follow the instructions on this page(https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/ChIPseeker/inst/doc/ChIPseeker.html)

but there's no V5 column in my grange data.

what is V5 column and can I make this column using only I have data??
