Ability to set :context_path for jira handler

In the jira.rb file there is a field "context_path"
:context_path => '',

This is set to empty in the .rb file. My jira setup needs this set to /jira.
Therefore it would be great if this option would be read from the sensu handler config as well.

Can you add this option?
