This app is supposed to be a minimalistic app, so no activities. A notes history would require one.

You have a Dialog.Activity. Why not add what I ask?

The DialogActivity is a workaround for recent Android (12) changes that made the app unusable. It's basically just a wrapper for the dialog. Without this activity the app wouldn't be able to always display the dialog or close the notification panel.
The problem with a notes history is that you need a way to access it and adding a launcher icon to the homepage defeats the purpose of the app.
Why would you need a history anyway? If you still need the note then don't delete it.
