Windowsでappを終了すると、

btrigidbody.h

virtual ~btRigidBody()
{
  btAssert(mconstraintRefs.size()==0);
}

ここのAssertで引っかかってしまいます。。
つまりFullscreen状態でescキーを押してappを終了させると、ダイアログのokが押せないので何も出来なくなってしまいます。
