## Definitions
- **Commercial** means use primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation. For purposes of this license, pay-what-you-want models with no minimum amount (where the user can leave a donation, but is not required to do so, and receives no benefits for doing so) are not considered commercial use.
- **Generated Files** mean source code files necessary to compile a GameMaker project using an asset that do not have to be distributed in final builds - in this case, `autogen.gml` files that contain auto-generated source code for communicating with native code.
- **Executable Files** mean binary files with machine code - in this case `DLL`/`DyLib`/`SO` files.
- **Official Distribution Channels** for this asset are:

- **Source Code** means the contents of this repository, which includes handwritten code and does not include Generated Files or Executable Files.
- **Asset** means a package containing Generated Files and Executable Files, either acquired through one of the Official Distribution Channels or compiled from the Source Code.
## Asset license
- You can use the asset for Commercial or non-Commercial purposes if you have purchased a license through one of the Official Distribution Channels.
- You can use the asset for non-Commercial purposes (and without purchasing a license) if you have compiled it from the Source Code.
- You can distribute Executable Files as part of compiled versions of your GameMaker applications.
- You cannot distribute Generated Files.
(if you distribute the source code of your project, exclude the asset and refer the user to either purchase a license or compile it themselves, depending on their intentions)
- Being a GameMaker asset, your use of the Asset is also subject to GameMaker EULA

## Source Code license
- You can compile the Asset from the Source Code and use it with accordance to Asset license.
- You can modify the Source Code to fit your use cases so long as the result remains compliant with Asset license.
- Derivative works may not change the license for the Source Code, and any redistribution of all or parts of the Source Code must be under this license.
