PPA support updating and lunar (23.04) support removal also handled there

Code related to the following issues should not be included in tests, IF distro-support related updates are done first .... i dont want to keep distro related support issues open, over stuff i am redoing anyway.

While i am NOT testing every single thing on every single supported branch .... #319 seems like one of the few things holding this back from being closed ... also a few refactoring issues (I plan on doing in the next release anyway) and other stuff (deb-get has no 24.04 support in their last release, for example)

I may close this as done and tested, soon
