• Add a user menu similar to the ones for wizeliners
• Make the profile item in the menu take you to the applicant view (/applicant/$id)
• Allow an applicant to edit their applicant information from the applicant view page (add an edit link)
• Modify the UI of the /applicationForm/$id route to look the same as the applicant view page (same header, same colors and background)
• Modify the header for the applicants. Applicants can't create new proposals
