[Bug] Conduit spell fails to identify a Sage tome or a Spell Blade (with mana storage) as a valid Wand

Observed behaviour

When trying to cast Conduit to transfer mana to/from a Sage Tome or Spell Blade (with mana storage), I get the message that the spell requires a Wand in both hands. The Spell doesn't seem to recognize the Sage Tome or Spell Blade as a valid Wand, even though it recognizes Zettai Magic Gloves and Wizardry Tales Grimoires as valid Wands.

Conduit works correctly with Zettai Magic Gloves, Wizardry Tales Grimoire, or EB Wizardry Wands.

Expected behaviour

I expected Conduit to recognize both Sage Tomes and Spell Blades (with mana storage) as valid Wands for the purpose of transferring mana.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a Server
2. Obtain a Apprentice Spell Blade, Sage Tome, and standard Wand
3. Add a Wand Storage upgrade to the Spell Blade
4. Use mana from all items (so mana is not full)
5. Apply the Conduit spell to all involved items.
6. Try to transfer mana between (either for or two) the Wand and either the Spell Blade or Sage Tome

Environment (Singleplayer/Server, etc.)

Issue present on both sides
