We want a low effort task for which we can pay a reasonably small amount while remaining close to "free money" value for participants. A few options exist:

  1. Short data coding, e.g., common sense statements, article headlines etc.
  2. Posters ranking (I think the prior work used something like this)
  3. Individual panel questions, e.g., one item out of the BFI. We could order items so as to maximally learn about each individual across instruments, and this would add a lot value to the panel.
  4. Something else thats valuable to the lab? (potential discussion here)

A quick check of surveys in surveyor suggests that we have around 191 unique questions from the surveys we have coded up already. This seems good, though probably not enough.

Also I wonder to what extend these will entail scarcity as they are very much about individuals as opposed to some resource we are building. One thought could be around the value of the data, "the more questions you answer the more likely you are to be recruited for future studies" etc.
