notification bar not showing on mobile

I've just created a notifiction bar above sticky header. It works fine on desktop but it does not appear on mobile. Any suggestions? thank you

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear that you are facing issues. It seems you keep the notification bar hidden for the mobile.

Please go to NotificationX > All NotificationX > Edit your created notification. Then navigate to the Customize tab. From here please check whether you have checked or unchecked the Mobile Visibility option under Appearance. Check this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/Bs8hUo

If you already check mark this option, please uncheck it like the shared screenshot and save the settings by clicking on the Update button. And then retry once.
