The bug can be fixed by using this ItemBlockData as parameter for setItem in the spawn_baby_spider.txt:

criteria = addCriteria("Tame", "triumph:right_click_item")
criteria.setItem(<primitivemobs:spider_egg,meta:0,count:1>)
