Running the AcBM pipline with 2039 London SPC

Based on the needs for the heat exposure project, we need to get similar data formats in the 2019 and 2039 scenarios. Besides, it could explore the potential application of the AcBM pipeline (which would be a very attractive feature if this pipeline could also be used for future human mobility projection).

@BZ-BowenZhang will try to run the current pipeline with the london_2039_04-12-2024 folder first to see if it works. Updates will be shared via Slack, @sgreenbury any suggestions, especially for the parameters config, are appreciated.
