DATABASE: Start logging the settings used when loading plots to a database table and text file

See FVSIn.db\biosum_fvsin_configuration table and biosum_fvs_input_configurations.txt as examples. The table represents the most recent load but the text file is cumulative. Each load is written to the bottom of the file.
Requirements will need to be developed for the settings and values to be recorded. The table will be added to the master.db.
Hope to do this as part of the master.db SQLite conversion.
