Met with Karl 2/24:

  1. WAB version: there are two SDWIS layers that turn on w/ the widget. The second just called "SDWIS" needs to be "SDWIS - Public Water System Facilities". (appear correct in EB version, but still using WAB for now)

  2. In both WAB and EB, he said we need to adjust scale of when the two layers draw. Systems should show first, prob from state to streets level visibility.

    As you zoom in, facilities should start showing up, prob city to room visibility
