Accessibility - Steps Screen - VoiceOver Only Reads Heading Section

VoiceOver only reads the header sections of the screen and nothing else. I hear nothing about the "Step to a Social Compliance System" or any of the step number and what they are.

There is no way to get to the individual steps screens even if I tap on the icons.

To continue to test the application for the different steps screens I will have to turn VoiceOver off to get to the screen and then turn it back on to check the page. Then repeat this process for all eight steps. Not the easiest way to test an application.

I've flagged this as a high priority issue. We will ask the developers to address before 9/11.

Now VoiceOver reads the header section, the "Home" link, Steps, search button, and then "Step to a Social Compliance System".

As a VoiceOver user I would never now there is supposed to eight Steps and what they are.

Not working completely correctly.

ICF, please add in voice over function for each of the 8 icons:

Step 1: Engage Stakeholders and Partners
Step 2: Assess Risks and Impacts
Step 3: Develop a Code of Conduct
Step 4: Communicate and Train Across your Supply Chain
Step 5: Monitor Compliance
Step 6: Remediate Violations
Step 7: Independent Review
Step 8: Report Performance

VoiceOver is not recognizing any of the Steps. Nothing is read which means I can't activate the Steps and see the content.

TalkBack reads all the Steps links and I'm able to go to individual Steps from the main Steps screen.

From ICF: Fixed. Offscreen divs enabled for iOS.

VoiceOver reads the hidden unordered list and highlights the invisible or white text with a bold black box. Once it gets to items 6, 7, and 8, the screen starts bouncing because those items are visually off/below the screen.

The offscreen divs are moved far below the visible screen and there is no solid black box seen. Also there is no bouncing of the screen when I checked on my device.

Each time VoiceOver reads one of the Steps on iOS the screen blinked. The blinking happened on both our devices when it read each Step. The first being our iPad Air 2 (10.3.3) and the second being our iPhone (10.3.3). Updating iPhone to newest 11 version.

VoiceOver also read Step seven as "Review review".

Each time VoiceOver reads the different Steps our iPad Air 2 (10.3.3) blinks the screen. VoiceOver on our iPhone (111.2) does not have this issue. The flashing and blinking can be an issue for someone that uses a screen reader and also can have seizures caused by content blinking too quickly.
