Japanese game ends prematurely due to incomplete game completion conditions

If S3 ends with dealer not being tenpai, but true north being in first place, the site sees the game enter S4 with a bonus round >0 which is interpreted as true north winning a S4 round. This would trigger an end of game condition which is clearly wrong. This must be fixed asap.
