Direct link to video and audio

Hi
After the download is completed, the video/audio is stored on the server.
I need to use a direct link to share with 3rd parties, then they can download or play directly on their browser like this.

I can use the following link to play the video in the browser, but the problem is that if the uid doesn't exist, the browser doesn't respond at all.
http://mydomain/api/stream/?test=test&uid=xxx-xxx-xxx
