Not applicable (server side) for performance-enhancing mods. No custom server distribution.

Can confirm this happens with XNet item movement as well. I would also note that I actually didn't see this behavior in 1.18, even though that seems to be the version this issue was first discovered in. I first discovered this issue in 1.20.1 today.

Can confirm that it happens in 1.18, it's the main version that I have issues with. It's a pity it won't be fixed.
