Description

Hi,

when trying to print a note that has highlighted text sections, the background color is removed from highlighted text, which essentially removes the highlighting.

This is a separate issue from #901, as even including all "default" CSS files still makes the background get stripped.

I assume this comes from default print behaviour of Browsers in general (see also https://github.com/jasonday/printThis/wiki/Styling-Printed-Content#printing-backgrounds)

However we should try to find a way around this

edit:
just to clarify, I know that one can enable the "print backgrounds" option in the Printing Dialog usually, but this will then also be printing background colors, that you might not want (e.g. let's say code blocks).

Idea here is more something like "converting" the highlighted text style to something that still conveys the idea that the text was highlighted (e.g. we could underline highlighted text passages instead when in print mode?)
