(Bug report) CKEditor paragraph handle is half off screen in mobile view

Description

In the mobile view, the ckeditor paragraph handle (6 dot button) is half off the screen which makes it difficult to use since it's right at the edge of the screen (extra difficult with bulkier phone cases). The resulting ckeditor menu is also off the screen slightly. This doesn't bother me too much and a much wider gutter would reduce the real-estate for the note content, so I'd be ok with closing this as a non-issue too. I'm just reporting it since i could see other users complaining about the difficulty of using the menu.
