Describe feature

Right now when clicking a HTML attachment, the behavior seems to be downloading. It would be great if there is an option to open it in the browser tab (or maybe create a frame for it).

My use case for this is if a note of mine is about a webpage, I usually also have an offline copy of that webpage in case of link rot. I would like to be able to associate that offline copy to the note. Right now it doesn't really make sense to do this in Trillium (at least not as an attachment), because I wouldn't be able to see the webpage anyways.
