Add support for taxon boosting

We support taxon filtering (so you can see you ONLY want human genes), but for some applications it might be useful to boost by taxa (so the specifier taxa sort to the top of the list, but we also find other taxa). I'm not sure how to implement this in Solr, but it's something we should look into.
