Not really a custom plugin request so much as a feature idea for siegewar. How feasible would it be to get a third option added for siegewar beyond just plundering and capturing. Basically it would be something called pilfering or pillaging or razing. Basically its an optional config that on default is false, but when set to true placing a tnt or some other programmed block down will cause the defeated town to have all perms switched to allow for a configured amount of seconds, minutes, etc. All chests can be opened by anyone, pvp is on, all blocks destroyed, all chunks buildable, etc. The town is basically put in a ruined state for a preset amount of time regardless of how much money it has in its bank. Reason why this would be a good feature is on some servers people have so much money in their town that even if they lose a battle nothing of consequence happens to them. This feature would allow towny server owners to up the stakes of failure in a customizable way they feel comfortable with if they decided to enable it.

I will ammend this somewhat to specifically mention config options stating what perms plots are changed to in the razed state. Ie not only stuff like who (nation, trusted, everyone, etc) gets access but also things like if fire and/or explosions are enabled while razed.
