感谢大佬的作品

不过windows下总是被认为是病毒，需要加白名单。
我觉得是不是干脆windows下的解决方案用wsl，在linux里执行操作更简单一些

这是可能是因为没有签名的原因吧。我好久不用 Windows 了不了解 Windows 的机制

我觉得是不是干脆windows下的解决方案用wsl，在linux里执行操作更简单一些

可以的，你可以在 wsl 里面改 wsl 的 hosts。脚本用 Go 写的，理论支持全平台。但是如果说是在 wsl 里影响宿主（Windows）的话，我不是很了解这个方案。欢迎 PR ~
