Says I don't have permission when I clearly gave myself permission

I tried making an Admins group in the console using the commands and then giving that group permissions to use all the thut.permissions.commands commands, then giving myself access to the group, but the game just repeatedly said that I didn't have permission even though I clearly gave myself the permission.

Was there any error in console? This could be another case of #15 which generally stops the mod working, hopefully around the end of the week I will have time to look into it
