[Bug]: Super Chest issues (duping/deleting items)

Issue Summary

Placing Super Chests next to a Crafting Station, I noticed that the item count in the Super Chests remained the same after crafting a stack of recipes.
Placing a Sophisticated Storage barrel behind a Super Chest, I noticed that the Super Chest emptied itself completely, past the capacity of the barrel, deleting the rest of the items.

Reproduction steps

Here was my setup when I noticed the first issue:

1.Placed a Super chest with a few thousand Sand on one side of a Crafting Station.
2.Placed a Super chest with a few thousand Gravel on the other side of the Crafting Station.
3.Placed an Aluminium Crate filled with cyan dye on the third side of the Crafting Station.
4.Started crafting stacks of Cyan Concrete Powder.
5.The sand and gravel item counts remained the same in the Super Chests.

For the second issue, I had a Birch Barrel behind a super chest and lost most of what was stored inside (about 12000 concrete blocks) when I activated the auto-output on the super chest, since the super chest continued emptying itself after the barrel was filled.
