Logfile rotations

Love your little app. Thanks much for developing this.

I downloaded it yesterday and used it for a bit. Noticed that when the logfile rotates it stops sending notifications up until the lines in the log pass the last known linematch. I added some code to fix it. Never used GO so might not be the most elegant solution
and there are probably better ways to fix this.

I have attached the code. Look for CVID01.
