New extended field does not show up in form

Hi,

I have created a new extended text field

When trying to use it in a form it does not show.

I also tried to add a value to the DB hoping that this might be solving it (as per bug #29)

Unfortunately, it still does not work. Am I missing something?

Which version and version of Mautic?

I'm not able to reproduce this with the 2.14.0 beta.

We are using v2.12.2 (I did not want to upgrade as you state that this plugin has only been tested with that version so far).

It may have to do with the "Visible on forms" checkbox... Does changing that resolve the issue for you?
