Firewall at VM/CT-level: Ability to add rules via Client Area (+ option to hide the same)

Firewall rules aren't manageable currently at a service-level.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the ability to add/remove/manage firewall rules to the Client Area.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual ticket request to provider would be the likely though uncommon alternative.
