I have noticed a world generation issue with FWG: odd holes in the landscape. At first I thought that the deep 1x1 pits I were seeing were just a quirky feature, but then I saw two near each other that seemed to line up. I counted their distance apart (16) and then turned on chunk borders and started looking around. In the minimal x/z corner of each chunk, if the terrain is above 64, there is a hole in the ground and the bottom of the hole is at Y=64. I doubt this is intentional.

Relevant mods in use besides FWG 1.0.3:
Forge 1291
Biomes O'Plenty 1.7.10-2.1.0.1067
Fastcraft 1.19
Thaumcraft 4.2.3.5

At least these are the mods that I perceive might affect terrain generation by virtue of being generally important or including new biomes. I can provide a full mod list if it would be helpful.

The generator is Sky Dimension, Biomes: Vanilla + Mods.

level-type=FWG
generator-settings=SKYDIM#1

In the screenshot you will see a generated area of flatish ground with a surface of y=78. I cleared out the trees for visibility. You can see 3 holes in the middle of the image, and similar holes are at each chunk corner adjacent to the red chunk corner lines.
