create a function 'look'

the function 'new' create a new entity or a new row.
Sometimes, we would like to move people into existing entities instead of creating a new one.
For example, instead of removing empty house we could let them in the database and affect people to one of these empty house.

In case there is no more empty entity then look should be equivalent to new.
