In Firefox, when playing YouTube videos, the audio stream volume inconsistently resets to various levels (as observed in pavucontrol). Manually adjusting the volume to any level gets overridden. The volume reverts when:
The page is refreshed.
The video is paused and resumed.
The video volume is re-adjusted/changed in the browser.
A new video starts.
Browser is relaunched.
New YouTube tabs.
