Searchable Dropdown for Departments, Schools, & Colleges

As a user of the Temporal Graph section,
I want a searchable dropdown for Departments, Schools, & Colleges,
so that I can filter the graph to focus on specific departments, schools, or colleges.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A dropdown menu should be displayed within the Temporal Graph section.
• The dropdown should contain a list of all Departments, Schools, & Colleges associated with the selected organization.
• The dropdown should include a search bar allowing users to search by name.
• Selecting an item from the dropdown should update the Temporal Graph to display data specific to the selected Department, School, or College.
• Dropdown behavior and design match those used in the other three sections of "Data & Analytics."

I believe that this item should be tasked earlier. Additionally we do not have a UI layout for adding a new dropdown onto the temporal graph section.
