Add a Temporal Graph Section under 'Data & Analytics' view

As a user,
I want to view a "Temporal Graph" section under the "Data & Analytics" view ,
So that I can explore the timeline of publications for different organization.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The "Temporal Graph" section appears as the fourth section under "Data & Analytics."
• The section title is "Temporal Graph" with a subtitle "Timeline of Publications."
• Clicking the "Temporal Graph" box opens a default temporal graph for "Texas A&M University."
• The graph dynamically updates when user interactions (e.g., filters) are applied

Stub the Temporal Graph w/ the Academic age group directory. Change the wording to be consistent with Temporal Graph. Further flesh out the remaining files needed for the temporal graph.
