When importing a dataset from the cloud, either via UI or via CLI, the resulting dataset is not included in the KG and the time of creation is unknown (see picture below).
I would like the dataset to be included in the KG by default, and the time of creation could either be imported from the remote repository or changed by the date of import.

There are two things that need fixing in this issue:
The first one is related to the indexing process, which broke when importing an external dataset. The good news is that Kg has already fixed it.
The other issue concerns the publish date in the dataset.list endpoint, which is currently returning null. We've already discussed this with @mohammad-alisafaee , and he has confirmed that it's a bug.
