[BUG] - Some Cmponents have no proper css

Current behaviour

Translate button css destroyed.
When we hover on cards download button not properly alignment in center.
pls assign me under label hacktoberfest-accepted, gssoc-ext @SurajPratap10

Expected behaviour

translate button ENG shown properly and arrow also.
When we hover overflow div not go outside and download button centered.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Home Page
2. See on the left bottom corner for translate button.
3. Scroll down to the cards and hover it.
4. See error
