[BUG] UI lagging on Windows application QT issue #395

Stremio UI is very slow and laggy on Windows application even on PC with powerful GPU RTX3070. There was an experimental shell build from 6 months ago which did not use QT seemed to have fixed the UI lag. When will it be released?
