Package deprecation?

Shouldn't we mark the package as deprecated on nuget.org now that we wasi-experimental workload?

If that's accurate, then I think it's a good idea. Or update the description to at least recommend the alternative. It is overwhelming at this point to wade through all the documentation out there on WASM/WASI and discern what is good and bad approaches. You can put alot of hours going down a rabbit hole only to find that there was a more appropriate way to accomplish something.
