Describe the Bug

On Firefox mobile having disabled auto-hide-navigation in user pref and scrolling way up too fast results in the heading not going back to its bigger state and remaining in its smaller state for scrolling.

Server OS: Debian 11
Installed extensions and versions: only the Citizen skin
PHP version 8.1
