Hi Tao,

The 15 ALS multiome samples are finished. These samples are rows 132-146 in our multiome tracker (SREQ 473/474 and SREQ 475/476). Can you run cell ranger on them so you learn the process. Attached again are the instructions for doing that.

Please try it out and let me know when you are done. If you get stuck, we can plan a zoom call for next week to discuss.
