Steps to reproduce the bug

1.If I drag an drop the images before saving the field occurrence, they do not get uploaded. They are shown with a cross and have to refresh to be hable to upload them again.
2. If I save first the field occurrence and paste the images and I do not wait for them to finish uploading and click New... they are shown in the new form... and sometimes did not finished to upload in the correct occurrence.
