null transactions handler must be a string

Hey guys, thanks for laravel-excel!

One thing I did not get immediately, was that if you want to disable transactions, you have to set the transaction handler to a string of 'null'. That was kinda confusing to me. Maybe you can point that out more explicit, that it needs to be a 'null' string?
