We have a requirement with a legacy system to supply the output in fixed column format.

FIELD                    COLS           LENGTH

STATE                   1-2                    2
FIRST                    3-10                  7
LAST                     11-20                9
DOB                      21-29                8

Does SpartnerNL/Laravel-Excel support this?
