Story Event Being Covered by Scene Doesn't show Scene in drop down

✍️ Description

After creating a scene and a story event, when you go to cover a story event by a scene in the story event drop down, the title of the covering scene doesn't appear.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

Assuming you've created a story event and one or more scenes:

1. Right click the story event
2. Hover over "Covered by..."

Expected Result

The drop down in the Covered by... should show the created scene names.

Actual Result

In the drop down there is bubbles but the scene names aren't shown, except when hovered over.
