Issue description

Hello great mod.

But unfortunately something bothers me.
From a distance there is clipping on stairs, fences etc.
Attached are two pictures that show it.

i'm experiencing this in 1.16.5, running Optifine and other mods that shouldnt impact anything.

That's completely an Continuity glitch, will be fixed on Sodium 0.6.0
