We moved everything away from Lighthouse to Github. The only thing left there (and the only thing keeping us from deleting the account there) are the messages. Github doesn't offer anything for that, so we have to choose something else.
All discussions about the world and rules will take place in the system itself once it is created (we decided to talk in german about them). But we need a place to collect the ideas until then, also see #4.
Additionally we need a way to discuss development-ideas (we decided to talk in english about them) that is easy to browse, accessible for (future) collaborators and not just a one-to-one communication.

We had really good experience with hcking using a Google Group for that. What do you think, @EinLama? Should me move everything there and later remove the World/Rule discussions when the site goes online?
In order to pre-fill the community, we have created a section in our Wiki. All discussions that are ticket related will be attached to the ticket. We will move all existing messages from Lighthouse to the Wiki or Tickets documenting the move in this ticket. When everything is moved, we will delete the account.
