Go to https://devnet.sifchain.finance/
Login with valid credentials
Navigate to Pool page
Set the screen to 100% zoom (OR Click CTRL + 0)
Scroll to top of the page

Expected Result:
User should be able to scroll to at the top of page and able to click cross icon and other functionality

Actual Result:
User is unable to scroll to at the top of the page. User cannot clikc cross (X) icon to close the popup
