Is your proposal related to a problem?

Thorchain is about to get rid of its support for Ethereum Rune

Describe the solution you'd like

Use a banner on the site and potentially other notifications to encourage poolers of ETH.Rune on Sifchain (the only Rune currently supported by Sifchain) to remove their liquidity and switch to Thor.Rune ASAP
