maintaining google sales channel integration with a Hydrigen Vercel deployment

hi guys,

I have been having an issue with google sales channel after deploying my new store and connecting it to the domain.

so I originally had a liquid theme store with shopify google sales channel added.
I deployed my hydrogen app on Vercel > changed my GoDaddy domain (www.mydomain.com) to point to vercel isntead of shopify > disconnected the domain from shopify admin.

my new hydrogen store is connected well. but the issue is if I go to google and search for mystore product on shopping, the product cards show up on the search but they are sending people to mystore.myshopify.com and not my domain (www.mydomain.com) and that sends people to the liquid theme and not my new store.

worth mentioning that when i had the (www.mydomain.com) still on my shopify domain settings, the checkout url was broken and would take people to a 404 because the url would have my actual domain on it (www.mydomain.com/checkout/...) which is not the shopify url for checkout. when i removed my domain from shopify domains the checkout works but the google integration is lost and poinst to the liquid theme.

is there a way to fix this by setting up a redirect or something ?
maybe i can leave my domain on shoppify but somehow fix the cart checkout url?

this is a really big issue for me now.
