Capture purchase event with default shopify checkout

Hi!

I am building my shopify storefront with hydrogen, hosted on netlify. I need to capture the purchase event in order to track it with Meta Pixel.

How can I do that using the default shopify checkout? Or I need to implement a custom checkout?
